SIZING
Our clothing is based off Asian Sizing, we recommend going 1-2 sizes up your usual size on tops and outerwear.

You may contact us if you have any questions regarding sizes and are still unsure about sizing with specific items.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
For Japan & Korea customers, please fill your name and shipping address in English. For Mainland China and Taiwan customers, please fill your name and shipping address in Chinese. For overseas payments, if your card gets declined using debit/credit, please checkout using PayPal. For all other countries, please as default, fill your information all in English.

  • Shipping Information : Please take into consideration that some products may take additional time for delivery and processing.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do no have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to the origin warehouse and will not be reshipped.

EDITING OR CANCELLING ORDERS
You may edit or cancel your order manually within 48 hours of when the order has been placed. Once fulfilled and shipped, edits and cancellations on orders can not be done manually.

To edit or cancel your order, head to the bottom of your order confirmation email and select "Edit or Cancel Order"

If the timeframe has passed and your order has not yet been shipped and fulfilled, you may email us at, support@vexedofficial.com to request and edit or cancel your order.

BECOME AN AFFLIATE
Purchase from us or sign up using the "Affiliate Sign Up" button and you'll receive an email which will include a 10% off personal discount code for you to give to others. For everyone that purchases using your personal code, get 15% commission. You'll receive your payout once the order has been fully fulfilled. Please be sure to connect a payout method (PayPal).

ORDERS
With an increase of chargeback fraud, all orders that are labeled and categorized as high-risk in our system will be contacted to confirm their order information or will have to wait until a specific time until their orders are processed and shipped. To avoid this, please make sure your billing address/zip code is correct.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once you've been given your tracking number via email, enter your tracking number at, https://parcelsapp.com/ to check the status of your order.
For orders that have reached the USA, https://www.usps.com/
